This course has eleven water hazards that come into play on thirteen holes. The fairways are small and rolling with many trees. Hole #4 is considered one of the best par 4's in the state. This 435-yard hole has water on both sides of the fairway and requires a second shot to an elevated green with the wind usually against the player's back. William F. Mitchell designed the back nine in 1967.

good course for the money, Jun 29, 2009

It was a little wet out due to the crazy rain recently but the course was in good shape, especially for the price. I would reccomend this to anyone. You can not have crazy standards when you pay $20 for a round of golf.

worst course i've ever played, Sep 09, 2005
reviewer: russell from orlando
this is absolutely the worst course i've ever played. the conditions are terrible, hardly merits being called a course, more like a horse trail. fairways are completely hacked up and the greens are poor- very bumpy and shaggy. they should be ashamed to charge the fees that they do for what they deliver - $68 after 3pm!! but i wouldnt play it again if it was free.

Aesthetically Pleasing course, Jul 09, 2004

Tight Fairways and elevated greens make for a tough play. The maintenance of the course, however, is wonderful. The grounds crew does a spectacular job.

not worth the money, Jun 15, 2004

Played late Sunday (3:30) they charge $48.00. I said I won't be able to get 18 in, have plans to go to the Sox game, they said it did not matter, its one rate for after 3:00. The carts are mandatory, and the course is not even close to ask for that kind of money. Tons of gooze crap, wet fairways, and lousy tees and greens. Don't waste your money there. Go to Mt. Hood before Colonial, half the money, and in much better shape, believe it or not.
