Diablo hills, Mar 04, 2008

Pros: Terrain provides promising potential. Cons: Throughout 2007 the course was poorly kept. Green fees for this course were grossly overpriced for its condition.

Golfin in The Neighborhood, Oct 05, 2006

This is one of the better nine hole courses that I've played. Plays a bit longer than Buchannon or Pine Ghettos. Therefore it feels like half an Eighteen if youre a regular at the other nine holes around the 9-2-5. The surrounding homes make it a more skilled shot course so beware if youre altogether a wild golfer. It is a bit over priced at $27 (with a cart) and 35+ on weekends. I do recommend a cart, I got blisters for walking the course. A lot of extra yardage of walking due to being lost going hole to hole. At the time there was no signs of direction. Go check it out if you like your niners to have a decent amount of par 4s with even a par 5, rather than a wedge round of golf.

Ok but not great, Nov 21, 2005
reviewer: Tri-Valley golfer from San Ramon, CA
Staff wasn't all that friendly when I was there. I've played it several times and each time it takes over 3 hours!! This is just a nine-hole course. On the weekends, it seems locals want to cold start their friends out there so it makes for a lengthy and frustrating round for the regular golfer. As for nine hole courses in the area, its probably the best. Get the cart because its nothing but hills.

I love Diablo Hills, Apr 02, 2004

The staff is great...certain times of the year the course is nicer than others, but overall it tends to be a pretty standard (average) course.
