Very high growth in the rough, sometimes even thorny. Careful tracking your ball out of bounds. Otherwise, a laid back course. Relatively cheap. Traps nonexistent or unmaintained. No water hazards as this site proclaims. Some of the employees cynical, even bordering on rude.
