This mountainous course has many mounds on the fairways. The large greens are medium speed. The signature hole is #2, a 421-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot over a pond positioned in front of the green. There are a number of well-positioned sand bunkers on the fairways and around the greens. Water hazards come into play on six holes.

The golf course was in excellent condition, greens were consistent,held well and putted true. The layout had many birdie opportunities,however, few were made! Would love to play there on a daily basis, club members and proshop staff were very friendly.

One of the best private layouts in the state. (The Ct State Junior Open is played their annually). Greens are accepting and fast. Food is top notch.
