This course, built on flat terrain, features open fairways and a newly added back nine for the 1998 season. Water hazards (creeks and ponds) come into play on nine holes. The greens are medium-sized and fast. The signature hole is #7, a 138-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over the top of a quarry that must carry 100 feet to a large green.

| Course becomes waterlogged easily even with lighter rains.
Tee boxes are too small for the amount of play it recieves. Often times by later in the year the tee boxes cannot regrow fast enough.
Fairways are excellent
Rough often does not grow in decent later in the summer on the back 9.
Greens are fair not a whole lot of slope but are often in prime condition.
Overall the course is still fairly new. Needs about 10 more years for the trees to develop. Course is virtually wide open with a few exceptions on the back 9. Plays fairly easy par 3s are relatively short. Par 5s do pose a challenge and require 2 solid hits.
Couple more years and I would probably give this course a better rating |
