This well-manicured course features hilly fairways, so expect many uneven lies. The small greens are somewhat sloped and hard to read. Hole #16, a 340-yard, par 4, requires a tee shot down a dogleg right fairway, then an approach shot over a stream to the green. Water hazards come into play on many other holes. The other discount shown represents a free cart with the purchase of two eighteen hole green fees by one player. This is only valid weekdays from 7 AM until 4 PM, and after noon on weekends and holidays. The 6,199-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 73.9 and a slope or 114.

Luck Golf Course
"Luck Golf Course in Luck, Wisconsin"
The Luck Golf Course is a well established, beautiful course with bent grass fairways surrounded by large mature oaks. It is one of the best courses in the area. The course is challaging yet very rewarding for all levels of golfers. Located in the Village of Luck next to beautiful Butternut Lake, it is "in town" but off on its own in a lovely park like setting. Don't be surprised to see deer running accross the fairway during an approach shot. I found it to be the best around, one that you will love to come back to time after time.

Tarry Brae Golf Course
"Great Course, Great Value."
Living in the midst of legends like grossingers and the concord monster, Tarry Brae offers an equal genre style course at a much better value. Greens usually run fast and true, and the layout is niether quirky nor tricky. A traditional layout at a reasonable price. Game on!

"Golf Heaven"
This wonderful Tom Fazio design offers a truly great experience. It can only be played with a member. Don't worry about a starting time or slow play, the members are rare. I've been told that if you can find a weed in any fairway, they will give you a membership! ($175,000/player plus dues) Every hole has it's own personality and most (10) involve water. A desert design that requires accuracy off the tee, and a back nine into an old quarry up in the mountains, the course is very challenging, but has incredible views of Indio (All putts break that way.) Chances are that you won't get the opportunity to play this track, but if you do, don't miss it!

"Simple Golf"
There is something to be said for playing golf in a peaceful location that is known to exist by only those local to the area. Best enjoyed in the early morning or evening when you may well have the course all to yourself. Just you, playing on a course surrounded by a train track and farmland. Refreshing.
