This tight course has many tree lined holes (mainly pine trees) and a double cut of rough bordering the fairways. The course's terrain is hilly, and some of the tee boxes are elevated. The large greens are undulating and medium speed. The signature hole is #14, a 457-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway with a thick tree-line protecting the right side of the hole. Walking is permitted before 9 AM on weekdays.

Nice course nice people. Aside from wrecking my car at the intersection on 202, I had a wonderful time. John was a real professional from the pro shop.

Wonderful experience. Mark Williams, the Superintendent, is a master of the links. John Luedke, the golf professional, is truly a professional. Great staff and experience.

Penn Oaks Golf Course, Mar 22, 2004

A diamond in the Rough. Quick greens and well manicured fairways. Newly rennovated clubhouse makes this a great buy for golfers looking to join a private club. A very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Food is superb as well.
