This course's fairways are typically wide open, but a few are extremely narrow. The terrain is hilly, and some of the greens are elevated. Water hazards (ponds) come into play on eight holes. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 4th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996. The Mount Snow Golf School is located on the premises. Mountain Golf at it's Finest, Jun 23, 2006

The best mountain golf course I've played. The drainage has improved, the grass is perfectly manicured and the service is incredible. Mount Snow Golf Club is well worth every penny. The views and the challenge make for a great day(s).

"Don't miss out!"
Great clubhouse with good food and drink. All servers and clubhouse personnel are the best. The golf course is very well manicured and maintained. The only complaint is the hilly nature of the terrain. The views are splendid especially in fall. Go and enjoy, great value for your dollar.

The corse is not hard at all but a fun getaway for a sunny afternoon when you have nothin else to do besides play the best sport on earth, and wanna kick back a relax on our nice moderate speed golf carts. Its fun and has a few challenging holes so give it a try. Got to give it three stars cuz its my home course.

"Golf Heaven"
This wonderful Tom Fazio design offers a truly great experience. It can only be played with a member. Don't worry about a starting time or slow play, the members are rare. I've been told that if you can find a weed in any fairway, they will give you a membership! ($175,000/player plus dues) Every hole has it's own personality and most (10) involve water. A desert design that requires accuracy off the tee, and a back nine into an old quarry up in the mountains, the course is very challenging, but has incredible views of Indio (All putts break that way.) Chances are that you won't get the opportunity to play this track, but if you do, don't miss it!

The fair way greens looked pretty good this past summer, the course its self was a hard one the front nine is almost imossible and the back nine is just plain sick!!! Overall very good beginners course and well maped out.
