Hartford Golf Club - Green/Red Course

This club features three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The Blue Course is the longest of the three nines. The Green Course is the shortest, but it is more hilly and narrower than the others. The Red Course is basically the best of both worlds since you will need every club in your bag. There are two ponds and many newly-built sand bunkers incorporated into the course designs. In 1996, the club hosted the U.S. Mid-Amateur Tournament. "Golf Digest" rated the Blue/Green Course as the 9th "Best in State" course for 1997-98. Architect Stephen Kay is one of the people responsible for the restoration and revival of this course.

| Classic Donald Ross designed 27 hole course. Elevated tees, undulating greens and natural topography enhance this tough test of golf. Consistently rated one of the top private clubs in the State of Connecticut. |
