This course was carved out of natural Michigan swamplands, so the hellish amount of water is definitely a hazard to avoid. There are also several sand bunkers of which to stay clear.

If you get the chance to play this course, do it. You will regret the day you turned down an opportunity to play this course. The fairways are meticulously manicured as if you were playing golf at 1600 Washington Ave. They are generous fairways yet ball position does come into play. The greens are immaculate and fast, but very true. This course is by far in the top 3 of golf courses in SW Michigan.

This course is one of the most beautiful I've ever played. In the cool hour of the morning, the deer were stirring on #9 fairway, and the birds were chirping in the woods nearby. Truly a memorable experience. The course has wide fairways on nearly every hole, but the intimidating marsh makes for difficult play. A great outing. I wish to go again soon in the future, and I would advise everyone to do the same.

Los Alamos Golf Course
"Great challenge for your game"
This course is a challenging course for the average player up to the scratch professionals. The fairways are tight and lined with sparse pine trees. The course is an old style course, which means it has incredibly small greens. The greens are probably to most true rolling greens in the state of New Mexico due to being so old. The course is short and very opportune for low scores. I really enjoyed playing this course and the people around the club. They treat you well and the rates are EXTREMELY cheap for such a quality course. I suggest taking the trip up to Los Alamos to have a great round of golf and also to enjoy the sights of the Jemez Mountains.

"New Name for La Vista Golf Course"
The new name for La Vista Golf Course in Wichita Falls, Texas is HAWK RIDGE GOLF COURSE. This course has undergone extensive improvements the last year and one half. The improvements made have made this into one of the best courses in this area. While I rated it as 3 stars, it could very well be on its way to being rated much higher. Palma Sola Golf Course
"unfortunaeatly it will be no longer..."
according to an article in The Bradenton Herald the golf course has been sold and will be developed into 542 new homes.This is sad because it was the only walkable golf course in Manatee County. It will be missed.
