This course has an outstanding view on the first hole, with a tee shot that heads right towards the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. The course was built at an elevation just under 8,000 feet. There are many mountain streams that run throughout the course that keep it green all year-round. The fairways are also quite hilly.

Beautiful Golf Course, Jun 17, 2004

I live in Los Angeles but have a cabin in Westcliffe, Colorado. My family and I vacation there about twice a year. This course is the most beautiful course I have ever been on, and the new owners have improved this course to make it even more spectacular. If you are looking for a golfing experience that is placed in the natural beauty of the Sangre De Cristo mountains, St. Andrews is the place.
