This wooded course has narrow fairways, so shot accuracy is at a premium. The terrain is predominantly flat, but there is some undulation in the fairways that might cause a rare uneven lie. In addition, water hazards come into play on approximately six holes.

LOVE IT, Feb 10, 2009 |

| I am 70+ years of age and have played many courses. Hilliard Lakes was recommend by a friend 10 years ago. It is now my favorite course. It is what golf should be.Not a housing developer trying to sell you a lot. It is Just true honest golf. I sometimes wonder how the people working there know everybodys name. |

MY FAVORITE COURSE, Mar 31, 2008 |

| i have played Hilliard Lakes for over 25 years. Matt always made me feel at home and today, Ron has picked up the gauntlet. the entire staff always make you feel that they are truly happy to see you there. i have been a member of a local country club and still i always return to Hilliard. I have had a Sunday start time (first tee time)its seems forever and of all the courses I've played over the years, HL is still my favorite. It has all the amenities of a private club...without the outrages fees. Keep up the good work, Ron. |

Great Price for Good Course, Jun 21, 2004 |

| The PGA tournament won't be coming to Hilliard Lakes anytime soon, but don't think that doesn't mean it's not worth playing. In an area that has some good well kept courses such as Sweetbriar and Mallard Creek as examples Hillard Lakes brings something the others don't at a reasonable price, and that is some obstacles such as water and sand traps. This course was a challenge for me a rather new golfer and I will be going back to face the challenges of the course more than once this year ('04). |
