This course is situated on fairly level terrain, with water coming into play on several holes. Conservative fairways open up to small greens that play rather fast. An abundance of sand bunkers spread throughout the course places a premium of shot accuracy.

| Short, sweet, and always a joy to play. Although short in length, it does require some thought and short game challenges. It is usually in pristine condition, even though it gets a lot of play. It has a handful of risk/reward type shots (short par 4's) and the 19th hole (late afternoon) is a real gem, a great place to relax and watch the sunset and the pretty people. Some of my best memories are of summers spent in Westport, at Longshore - great place!!! |

| There's no excuse for not getting some exercise and walking this short yet scenic golf course set adjacent to the Long Island Sound. The lack of distance is made up for by the small and well-protected greens. Solid approach shots and a strong short game will be rewarded. |
