This links-style course has a lot of natural terrain coming into play, particularly off the tee boxes. The greens are large, and the fairways fairly wide open. The course is located at approximately 6,000 feet of elevation. The course was rated as one of the top ten public courses in Arizona in 1993 and "Golf Digest" nominated it as the #1 new course in the U.S. in 1986. The 5,616-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 71.1 and slope of 132.

Great Course, Dec 07, 2004

This course is a fantastic test with hard, fast greens making putting a great challenge. Course is always in lush, manicured condition. Unbelievable practice faci;ity with 300-yeard driving range with grass tee and 3 large target greens. Other features of the practice facility include a huge putting green and a 100-yard actual golf hole to practice short game.

I always enjoy playing Silver Creek Golf Club. The course condition is excellent with green to rival the PGA tour. $36 green fee and cart for seniors fits right into my budget. Definitly the best course, open to the public, in the White Mountains and better then most in the Phoenix area.

"Rock Creek"
Rock Creek is a very fun course to play. It is not very challenging and is a very short course. The fairways are tree lined but they do not come into play on most shots. Princeton Golf Club
"I love this course"
I am an avid golfer, and having seen this course, I am convinced that the small, desolate town of Princeton has more to offer than what it seems. I highly recommend this course: the pro is very helpful and friendly, the employees are wonderful and the course itself is just extravagent. Challenging, yet relaxing at the same time is something that not easily done. Although Princeton does this, and manages it with style.
