| The course is in the middle range as far as courses in the area. Not one of the top in the area. I have played a lot of golf in the Wichita Falls area...I am not from Texas. I would suggest that improvement in management might help. I hope to go back there and play again and see if it has improved. |

| The new name for La Vista Golf Course in Wichita Falls, Texas is HAWK RIDGE GOLF COURSE. This course has undergone extensive improvements the last year and one half. The improvements made have made this into one of the best courses in this area. While I rated it as 3 stars, it could very well be on its way to being rated much higher.
