Good Beginners Course, Apr 03, 2006 |

| This course is great for beginners (which I am)! The course is smaller than a couple of others I have played on. There are no sand traps and water hazards to navigate for beginners. The tree lines were not very thick on the holes either which made it easy to see where ball traveled an each hole. My golf partner said that some of the greens were fast and others were slow due to the amount of moisture on the grass. Other than that, we both had a good experience on the course and would recommend it to anyone wishing to play a nice quiet Military course. It was not crowded at all and there was no rush to get through the holes. |

Great Value, Jun 29, 2004 |

| I love this golf course. I had a membership there a couple of years ago, and still would if I still lived in the area (military transfer). This is a great course to cut your teeth on. The holes are pretty short, but they are also narrow, so you might want to leave your driver in the bag on all but a couple of holes. Additonally, if you have a membership here you will also have a membership on the Naval Weapons Station course. Play either one! Both are good courses for beginners. Accomplished golfers may not appreciate these courses though. |
