This par 3 course is ideal for beginners and advanced golfers who wish to tune up their short game. The greens are heavily undulating and difficult to read. The signature hole is #18, a par 3, requiring an uphill tee shot over water to the green. The fairways are fairly flat and tree lined. The yardage indicated is an estimate provided by the course personnel; ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.

Sitzmark, good fun at a great price, Dec 13, 2004

While a bit "Underdeveloped" this par-3 course, with 2 bonus holes, is a great warm-up and perfect for a beginner or intermediate who is looking to develop his/her game. All holes are par-3, with two bonus holes across a pretty stream. These holes, a par-4 and a par-5, are nice additions and let you pull your dirver out of the bag. Best description: Neat atmosphere in the lounge, food, price is right, a fun afternoon!

Kis-N-Greens Golf Course
"Update"
The course has been expanded to 18 holes, par 72. The fairways are improved over the condition that they were in a year ago. Some greens have been expanded, with more to follow. 400 trees have been added to the course as of 2003. The trees are small but will help distinguish fairways from rough. Water comes into play on 6 holes. No sand, and the tee boxes need work (leveling) maybe some irragation on the fairways (more ponds needed). Overall, satisfied with course, wind makes it more difficult than it looks, and greens are deceiving.

"Great for all ages"
Aside from this course being played regularly by Chandler Harper (PGA hall of famer), City Park has a great youth program practically year round. Also, the course is always in great shape and, although, it is a very short 9-hole course, it is very challenging.

Tamahka Trails
"Weekend Excursion"
It's the offseason now and we've just returned from 27 holes at Tamahka Trails. The rate was very reasonable, service second to none and the course ... well this old cajun boy has never played a finer course in his life and may never still. The people made us feel as though we never left our home town. They treat you with kindness and respect, catering to your every whim. Let me tell you it was one of the very best golf outings I've ever had (and plan to have again). If you would like to experience golf as it should be ... try Tamahka Trails. You won't be disappointed. And by the way ... for a course this nice the seasonal rates are good also. See you there ...

Chaparral Country Club
"Basic golf outing"
In Bullhead City, the wind usually blows hard. This course is short, albeit somewhat challenging, because of the conditions played in. The fairways are unremarkable, the greens putt mostly true, although is tough to read. Usually putt the straight line and on the hard side to get them in. You won't need driver too often. Better than a kick in the head, but not the best golf around. Good practice.
