This par 3 course is located on Mill Creek, and the direction the creek flows gives the course the impression of being on an island. Sand bunkers do not come into play, however, water hazards are located on each hole. Wildlife on the course includes waterfowl, such as Canadian geese and egrets. The green fees are good for all-day play.

Please note that this golf course is out of business. They still have a fine dining restaurant, but no par three course. Check out the restaurant - it is the best french restaurant in the state of North Carolina. My favorite is the Chicken Champagne, but my friends love the NY Pepper Steak and the Rack of Lamb. Bananas Foster flambeed tableside is also a winner.

Twin Lakes Golf Club
"Hidden Golf Jewel In the Ozarks"
The Twin Lakes Golf Course is an 18 hole par 70 course with tree lined fairways and bentgrass greens. This is a semi-private course opeerated by its over 350 members. The course is open to the public on a daily fee basis. Visitors to the Twin Lakes area find this challenging course a delight. The information provided about this site on golfable.com is dated. The course has experienced significant upgrades in the last few years and provides a challenge for those used to wide open courses. "Best Par 3 Course Ever"
It really makes you work on your short game. If you need help with your wedges this is the place to be. There are some really long par 3 holes up to 200 yards. It is deep in the woods and has some narrow fairways. I give it 5 stars for being challenging and fun.

Moab Golf Club
"Hot Property"
Moab is a very nice course with 2 distinct nines. The front nine send you up into the beautiful red rock canyons with some blind shots and a few elevation changes. The front side is fairly flat and wide open but nearly as pretty as the front nine.
