This breathtaking course was built on hilly terrain. The course features small greens and wide, but tree-lined fairways. Hole #7, a 528-yard, par 5, is the longest hole on the course, and requires a shot over water to the green. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

A Very "Hidden Gem", Sep 22, 2005

| I "found" Worthington to be one of THE best courses in Western MA - The only negative is that it is nine holes - but the challenge and opportunity to play alternate tee boxes radically changes the look or even the par of some of the holes on the "back". Very well kept and consistent greens make it both fair and challenging. The ninth hole is apparently the highest in elevation in Massachusetts! I strongly recommend the course - clubhouse is nice as is the pro shop and the well informed "Pro"... Play and enjoy it! |
